After our recent biking adventure in The Forest of Dean while on holiday in the UK our boys have gone bike crazy! And have been super keen to reconnect with their bikes and find places in Cape Town to ride and up their skills. They’re now both dead set on the idea of becoming professional MTB riders. Coming from a household of professional sportsmen, their dad being an ex-pro surfer and their stepdad a professional stuntman, this is not impossible.
So we’ve been on a mission to find the best bike tracks round Cape Town.
And first to check off the list was The Bike Park at Constantia Uitsig!
The track seemed bigger on the website but I think the drone shot creates this illusion. It’s most definitely no comparison to the Forest of Dean but the boys had a blast ramping and busting airs.
