Last weekend we headed over to Cool Runnings to celebrate the twin’s 12th Birthday.
Now their Birthday was at the end of August but the weather was so crappy then (remember that really cold spell we had at the end of August) so we decided to put off their Birthday outing until the weather was able to accept the invitation and join us which was last weekend.
I recently placed an order with Dermastore and oh my word!! To say I was impressed is an understatement! Their service was great, from the start with the order process to the follow up after receiving my package.
They really do have good service down to a T. I wish that more companies would grasp just how important good customer service is. It really is your most powerful marketing tool.
Starting your fitness journey can be daunting and anyone who has achieved their fitness goal will tell you that at the beginning they too experienced insecurity and doubt. This insecurity is not unique to you. No journey begins without uncertainty.
So I decided to put together a little back to basics post with some tips for all those wanting to start their fitness journey but who are unsure of where and how.
I often find long days on set to really take their toll on my skin. Reason being, I don’t often wear a lot of makeup, so the makeup along with the constant touch-ups leave it feeling in need of some TLC and I always look so forward to getting home and giving my face a good cleanse and popping on a nice hydrating mask.
