I recently placed an order with Dermastore and oh my word!! To say I was impressed is an understatement! Their service was great, from the start with the order process to the follow up after receiving my package.

They really do have good service down to a T. I wish that more companies would grasp just how important good customer service is. It really is your most powerful marketing tool.

Here’s why I loved my Dermastore experience:

Expert product advice:

They offer a free online assessment to assess which products would best suit your skin, you can even take a pic and submit it to them to analyze. How cool!?

Variety 

They stock a wide variety of brands and products suitable for various skin types. There’s something for everyone!

Delivery time:

I placed my order at 13:15 on Monday the 10th of September and it arrived the very next day at 11:40! That’s not even 24 hours later! Love! FYI, they offer free next day delivery to major centres for purchases over R650.00, otherwise delivery is R100.00.

Cute and sophisticated Packaging:

My goodies came in a cute branded box with a personalised note outlining usage instructions for each item purchased. Love!

I realize that I probably should have taken pics before I ripped open the box, but you get the idea 😉

Samples:

My order came complete with a few samples nicely packaged in a cute little-branded pillow pack. Another very important marketing tool, I cannot tell you how many products I have bought as a result of receiving and loving a sample.

What was in the box:

I bought two Lamelle products, the Helase SPF50 and the Ovelle D3, as well as the La Roche Posay, tinted SPF50, I’ve seen so much about this product on Instagram so decided to give it a whirl. Will let you know my thoughts. And of course my samples, I received 2 Neostrata samples, and the Daytime Protection Cream (I have actually just finished off a tube of this) and the facial cleanser (haven’t tried this one). I love Neostrata so these samples were very welcome!

Some summer prep!

All in all, this was a super positive experience and if you love skincare and the convenience of online shopping as much as I do, you will love Dermastore! I will most definitely be purchasing from them when in need in the future! Dermastore gets a well deserved 5 stars from me xoxo
